E- Commerce Assistant

As an Ecommerce Associate you will need to :-

1. Manage company presence on various online marketplaces in Singapore, such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop to ensure that products are listed accurately and attractively for the Singapore market.
2. Handle updating and uploading of products on the website, photos and copy write to ensure products are displayed correctly with detailed product information and compelling descriptions together with related product contents
3. Identify and implement new marketplace opportunities in the Singapore market, such as new products, features, or channels, to increase revenue and improve customer experience in the Singapore market.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce for the Singapore market, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
5. Address all queries of online customers on a timely & courteous manner.
6. Generating online traffic and processing website orders to increase profitability.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of e commerce experience
2. Good time-management and organised
3. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
