- Location : East
- Working Hours : 9am to 6pm
- Salary Range : Up to S$7,000 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead engineers and technicians, who work on continuous improvement program, design machinery, plan and develop projects, and oversee production and quality control.
- Lead and actively contribute to the mechanical and automation development of machinery, equipment, and automation systems.
- Supervise the mechanical and process teams, providing guidance in managing the entire development life cycle from development, budgeting, deployment, and execution of projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project leads and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in PLC Programming
- Strong leadership and collaborative management skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Effective team player, communicator and team builder
