Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Proficient in using computer software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and project management.
· Good attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
