Responsibilities
- Define together with the Retail Manager on the annual strategy and objectives of the
- Boutique.
- Monitor sales targets and KPI’s and implement annual action plans.
- Maintain profitability in all areas, including, sales, operations, customer service, clienteling and training
- Create a supportive environment that enables the team to achieve store goals and objectives
- Implement an effective data capture & follow up system for clients, prospects, CS and reservations
- and make regular checks with the team. To be used during daily briefings.
- Actively participate in events and maintain a visible presence in the industry to develop existing and new client base and to project a positive and appealing brand image
- Resolve client concerns/disputes
- Assess the store’s needs and communicate these to the appropriate corporate departments
- Pursue and develop opportunities to meet new clients
- Evaluate sales staff performance, fix their objectives and KPI’s according to guidelines and make regular assessment during the year.
- Propose and discuss with the Retail Manager, your staff evolution plans in terms of benefits, bonus and career development.
- Delegate operational activities and establish clear responsibilities within your team.
- Diffuse and animate your team with commercial actions (challenges, incentives, events) and information about the Brand’s activity.
- Implement guidelines defined by your Retail Manager and the Brand to ensure full compliance with
- sales, financial and security procedures.
- Ensure Boutique check list is fully implemented and that Brand’s guidelines are respected
Requirements
- Extensive experience in high-end luxury boutique management
- Knowledge of marketing, media, and merchandising techniques
- Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry related relationships
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to motivate and manage work teams
