Job Highlights
· Working Location: Yishun
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 530pm Alternate Saturday 9am – 1pm
· Salary commensurate with experience up to $2600 + Performance bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave (Increase 1 Day per year to 18 Days)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Process monthly payroll
· Handle monthly cash claim submissions
· Handle enquiry on payroll
· Submission of year end income tax
· Provide support to Accounts Department
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Experience in administrative role
· Bilingual both in English & Chinese
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office application like
Word, Excel and Outlook
· Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
