Job Title: Project Manager（ID2097）
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon-Sat 9am-6pm
Salary: $5000-$10000++
Job Description
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects
• Manage 3-4 groups of workers
• Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings
• Weekly visits site meeting when required
• Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request
Requirements
• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
• Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages
• Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money
• Able to work under pressure
