Must Have
- Experience in development and implementation of IT Systems for Banking Industry and their integration with external applications, e.g. Control Systems, etc.
- Experience in transition management for major projects having multiple technology and transformation initiatives
- BFS Domain experience and knowledge on Retail banking and digital channels, Cloud migration, Data technology.
- Good understanding of Digital technologies - Examples, not limited to UI/UX, Data, Cloud, Automation, NextGen stack and so on.
- Customer engagement experience with business and IT stakeholders - Experience to manage and grow the business and relationship with the account.
- Certification in Agile and experience in Retail Banking Reporting Projects following Agile Models
- Ability to identify business pain areas proactively and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value for customer.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage across all levels of the organization and with internal & external stakeholders.
- High level of energy & positive attitude and must be result oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities
The Transition Manager will be responsible for driving tarnsition for diverse technology projects for Banking industry.
- Drive the Banking technology project which requires good knowledge on Java, Cloud and digital banking channels.
- Plan and execute the transition for digital channels and associated initiatives.
- Engage with multiple internal and customer stakeholders to align on transition plan and timelines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse customer base. Understand their needs, provide technology-based solutions, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Manage Transition strategy and approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination.
- Ensure Technology programmes align to account strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims.
- Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Program.
- Provide quarterly projections of revenue, margin, head count, open requirements and other operation parameters and deliver the same.
- Focus on business development, project delivery, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction through nurturing the existing relationship.
- Liaison with larger TCS ecosystem to understand and explore new offerings for positioning.
- Drive expansion of TCS solutions and services within the portfolio and implement actions to grow the portfolio.
- Assist in RFPs, RFIs including driving solution definition, financial construct and overall submission quality including oral coordination.
