Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Perform full spectrum of HR functions and administration including recruitment, staff engagement, training and development, termination of service, and advisory on HR policies and procedures
· Perform end-to-end recruitment – interview, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding
· Review and maintain HR policies and procedures
· Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and HR system vendor, etc
· Reports generation
· Payroll administration
· Work pass administration
Requirements:
· 2 – 3 years’ experience in generalist HR role
. Diploma or Degree In HR
· Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
· Meticulous attention to details
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and with a team
Salary range - $3,500 - $4,500
