Responsibilities:
- Managing and organising inter departmental meetings and appointments.
- Coordinates projects by contractor or department by capturing timeline of ongoing projects and delivering progress updates.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Liaising with staffs, contractors, or any other external organizations.
- Carrying out projects or task or understudy to observe and improve the efficiency of departmental workflow.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures that can improve workflow in departmental process.
- Proper documentation of the implementation/understudy/observation
- Handling ad-hoc duties from direct supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum educational level of Diploma and above
- Must have basic computer skills
- Good with minutes writing
- Documentation and filing of records
- Attention to details, possess good planning, organisation and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, meticulous & discipline
- Possess industrial manufacturing background will be preferred
