Qualifications:
· Degree in Interior Design or equivalent;
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
· Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders;
· Resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills;
· Proactive and detail-oriented.
· Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects;
· Required to go on-site occasionally.
Requirements:
- Ensures drawings comply to authorities requirements;
- Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality;
- Contribute to the Organization operational and management system;
- Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality;
- Maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times;
- Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives;
- To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress;
