Job Description
You will be working closely with product technology, brand and marketing and have the opportunity to work with fellow designers, developers and project managers. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess the knowledge of a good user experience approach when designing solutions.
Skills:
● Capable of contributing ideation for user personas and user journeys
● Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming
● Work closely with product/project managers to translate product requirements into UX and UI requirements
● Take a user-centred design approach addressing user motivations, to rapidly test and iterate your designs
● Promote and adopt a data-informed decision-making process by harnessing analytics data
Requirements:
● Degree with 0-5 years of user experience and human centred design expertise
● Have worked on designing digital properties such as websites and mobile apps
● Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
● Teamwork skills
● Strong intent to continuously learn about UX and technology as it impacts design
● Proficient with design tools such as Figma and Zeplin
