- Supervise a team of healthcare attendants in keeping the Home environment clean, tidy at all times.
- Plans and assigns job tasks to healthcare attendans.
- Follow Infection control practices to reduce transmission of organisms in the Home.
- Maintains the residents’ room, dining area, multi-purpose hall, offices, utility rooms, toilets and all open areas clean and dry at all times.
- Ensures the ceiling fans, air-coolers and all high touch surfaces are clear as accordingly to schedule.
- Report to immediate Supervisor of any breakdown of housekeeping equipment.
- Supervises/ operates the washing machines and dryers and ensure residents’ laundry is done promptly.
- Ensure constant supply of disinfectant and cleaning agents at all times.
- Reports and manages the disposal of equipment as advised by the immediate Supervisor.
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures on Housekeeping and Infection Control.
- All other duties assigned by the management.
