Job Responsibilities:
· End-to-end management of a Cards Rewards Portfolio, including planning activities to drive lower cost redemption, campaign planning & execution, and merchant connectivity with contract management.
· Overseeing a team of 2 staff to achieve Rewards goals and targets.
· Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the execution of monthly campaign, including campaign mechanics, set up, promotions, and communications across owned and external channels.
· Leading all monthly reporting to ensure accuracy and timely dissemination to various stakeholders.
· Onboarding and managing partners for the Rewards program, including contract management, renewals, and negotiations.
· Leading Rewards technology projects around redemption through external APIs, providing requirements, overseeing execution, communicating with merchants, and internal stakeholders, and overseeing rollout and customer launch communications.
· Being responsible for the annual budgeting & planning exercise for the Rewards team.
· Having hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders across product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory, and compliance teams, ensuring delivery to deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any related discipline.
· Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Product Manager experience, especially in the Consumer Cards and Loyalty space.
· Good understanding of consumer card and loyalty programs, including campaign planning and execution.
· Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams to achieve goals and targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience in project management, budgeting, and planning.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
