Job Description:
- Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
- Greet each guest promptly and courteously with a good smile and body language.
- Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
- Present menu and share promotions, specials, and items to customers.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent and trusted relationships with our guests.
- Able to remember Tipsy regulars and VIPs.
- Provide engagement to new and existing customers with exemplary service and entertainment.
- Provide personalised service and interaction with guests.
- Good Knowledge of Tipsy Brands and offerings.
- Implement plans to deliver excellent service for outlet.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
- Ensure proper table maintenance.
- Provide table service to customers (when needed)
