- Perform incident investigation and respond to any AWS, Windows, Linux, AD Infra, Storage issues and Network related issues during office hours
- Perform planned activities twice a month for any AWS, Windows, Linux, AD Infra, Storage issues and Network related issues during office hours
- Provide additional resolution support, coordinate with 3rd party service providers on resolution when necessary, during office hours
- Single point of contact for infra incident reporting and standard service requests for any AWS, Windows, Linux, AD Infra, Storage and network related issues during office hours
- Maintain comprehensive and update documentation for infrastructure.
- Perform Problem Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Escalation to Principal Vendor or SI when appropriate.
- Handle any operational and projects matters during office hours
- Regular data backup to be scheduled.
- Create new OS instances.
- Support unplanned incidents during office hours work
