Job Description
· In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes
· Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading )
· Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
· Handling customer enquires or complaints
· Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders / warehouse accurately and on a timely basis
· Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
· Knowledge in LCL Cargo Consolidation.
· Other ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements
· Minimum GCE N or O level
· Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
· Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
