1. Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures
2. Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure to enhance performance.
3. Performs complex storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
4. Provides technical support to users by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance.
5. Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
6. Manage development, testing and deployment of software and other computer systems technologies to ensure compliance with operational requirements for security, performance, reliability and scalability
7. Able to configure, setup and modify switches using CLI and Gui, including controller
8. Knowledge of configuring, Setup and Manage Cloud and On-Premises Anti-virus server
9. Upgrading of IT Infrastructure i.e., Firewall, Switch, Access Point replacement & configuring and fixing AD (Active Directory) server.
- Min Degree in Computer Science or equivalent studies
- Min 4 years of relevant experience
- Advanced computer skills and detail orientation
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Must be familiar with FortiGate, SonicWall and Sophos
