Responsibilities
- Report to CEO and Chairman
- Data and information collection for potential markets, perform research and feasibility study
- Plan and develop suitable business strategy to meet the mid-term growth of the company
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support sale/purchase process, provide useful product knowledge to the team
- Identify potential risks and resolve conflicts and issues
- Involve in contracts negotiation, support and provide timely and accurate information to CEO for decision making
- Prepare Sales & shipping documents and related materials in accordance to the regional legal requirements
- Act as supply chain service representative for product delivery
- Report and escalate issues to Management team in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences
- Good knowledge and experience in new energy sector, raw material trading and globe commodities trading
- An independently motivated, resourceful and a good problem solver
- Able to manage/support multiple projects at different stages
- A hand on person, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of the customer/supplier
- Experience in Project/Product Management role would be an advantage
- Fluent in English for professional business communication.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other east Asian languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel when necessary
