Responsibilities:
- Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
- Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
- Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re-adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes – pull-in, push-out and cancellation
- Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing leadtime as per capacity (MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed - TCN / ECN implementation.
- Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.
- Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
- Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.
- Analyse and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottlenecks, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Monitor and report key performance
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
