ML - 11388 Project Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Project Managers to manage financial forecasts and track spending across the program
  • Review the financial portfolio of the entire project team to identify and drive improvements in financial management practices
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring accountability and progress tracking

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and expenditure tracking across programs
  • Experience in reviewing and optimizing financial portfolios within project teams
  • Ability to support Program Manager and Project Managers in financial management tasks
  • Competence in maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage stakeholder meetings effectively
  • Excellent documentation skills for recording and following up on meeting actions and decisions
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for financial analysis and project management, such as Microsoft Excel, Project, and SharePoint.
