Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Project Managers to manage financial forecasts and track spending across the program
- Review the financial portfolio of the entire project team to identify and drive improvements in financial management practices
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring accountability and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Proficiency in financial forecasting and expenditure tracking across programs
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing financial portfolios within project teams
- Ability to support Program Manager and Project Managers in financial management tasks
- Competence in maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage stakeholder meetings effectively
- Excellent documentation skills for recording and following up on meeting actions and decisions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for financial analysis and project management, such as Microsoft Excel, Project, and SharePoint.
