- Managing company's business perfromance and daily operations activities
- Report on operational performance and KPIs
- Develop strategy and set goals for growth to achieve business and operational targets
- Assess and improve operations including day to day operations and process change
- Assigned to support the F&B outlet operations as and when required
- Work with and support other departments and take on projects as and when required
- Report to the CEO & General Manager from Japan and make recommendations to improve the company performance, which invloves preparing reports in Japanese

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Able to speak fluently and write in Japanese for the reporting to the CEO and GM from Japan
- Minimum 15 years experience in F&B outlet as a manager and 5 years in a senior manager position
- Pro-active, team member and able to work independently with mimimum supervision
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership
- Able to perform shift work and work on weekends during attachment to the F&B outlets
