OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Semiconductor technology. The selected incumbent will be part of the Human Resources and General Administration team in Singapore and will be responsible for the daily administrative related support to the team .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Purchase requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Received Note and adhoc billing
- Vendor invoice management, Internal approval administration( Example L&D registration, system pre-approvals etc)
- On-boarding and off-boarding matters such as getting the work space ready
- Office and Facilities Management
- Travel arrangement and Management
- General admin duties & Company Events Support
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 5 years of General administration experience
- Proficient with MS and Powerpoint Excel
- Good Team player
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
