Job Description:
- In charge of quantity take-off, costing & estimation of Civil Engineering projects
- Involved in tender preparation and participation
- Post award contract administration and cost control
- Preparation of technical details for tender submission
- Overall responsible for putting up payment claims, prepare and verify payment to sub-contractors, ensure all variations to contract are captured, track VOs, seek and compare quotations from sub-contractors, control project cost and general contract administration
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Master/Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related QS experience
- More than 6 years with relevant experiences may consider a Senior QS
- Proficiency in MS office and AutoCAD
- Must be meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude
- Able to meet tight scheduled deadlines
- Independent and a good team player
