What You'll Do:
As a key player in their regional project finance team, you will be at the forefront of:
- Originating & Executing Projects: Lead the way in originating and executing project finance transactions, both advisory and financing mandates, in power, energy, natural resources and PPP infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships as you guide them through the intricacies of project finance solutions.
- Deal Management: Oversee project finance deals from inception to financial close, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
- Due Diligence: Be the gatekeeper of due diligence processes, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly examined for risk and reward.
- Credit Application Preparation: Craft comprehensive credit applications that drive your projects forward.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Portfolio Management team to stay ahead of political, economic, and business developments, making informed decisions.
Requirements:
You should hold a degree in related fields, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, private equity/investment houses, consultancy, or the energy and natural resources industries. Your expertise should span advisory transactions, credit analysis, debt structuring, financial analysis, transaction management, documentation, and financial modeling. We value your strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to originate high-value mandates. Leadership qualities are a plus, as you'll mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and unwavering professionalism are key attributes we seek.
