JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing daily reports (SWP, photo, test reports, etc.) for submission to customers and checking to ensure accuracy before submission
- Data entry of service orders received in Masterfile and coordinating with customers on issuance of service orders
- Downloading project status from customer's online portal and segregate them into various reports for follow up action by individual departments
- Follow up on project completion and submission ensuring that they are in accordance to target timeline
- Submission of various monthly and bi-weekly reports to Finance department
- Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma from recognized institutions
- Candidates with minimum 1 year experience or no experience are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience in Vlookup and Pivot Table is preferred
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
