Job Summary:
· To perform Scheduled Preventive and Reactive Maintenance on the system installed in the site facility and any other building related maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of installations.
· To perform general mechanical (HVAC), electrical (light fittings interior & exterior), Fire System, Plumbing (including drainage) and general building maintenance works and other duties as assigned.
- To perform daily checks to ensure all the equipment and facility are in good condition.
- To manage, coordinate, escort 3rd party vendors for ongoing projects and oversee daily activities of site staff.
- Logs service requests and repairs and maintenance for all related equipment.
- Timely follow-up on repairs, assignments and projects.
- Investigate, analyze and evaluate the causes of defects or technical issues
- Ensure indoor air quality basic, fire safety certification, fire alarm monitoring and servicing, dry risers, water hose reels and fire extinguishers maintenance and testing.
- Logistics support of furniture or equipment when required.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Health & Environment Procedures and Reporting.
- Provide support to the wider Facilities team to ensure on-site team’s, Sodexo’s and client success.
- Provide after hours emergency support and support cover to other facilities team, where needed
- Carry out site walks, and site inspections as required.
- Action improvements identified during the building and workplace inspections.

- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
- On a daily or as needs basis, report to the Site Facility Manager and discuss works completed or in-progress.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required:
- Min 2 years of M&E experience.
- NTC/ITE –HVAC, Electrical or electronics.
- Experience in Contractor Management (Building Service) and hand on experience in commercial M&E (preventive and reactive).
- English both spoken & written.
- Ability to use hand tools and minor test equipment.
- Be physically capable of climbing stairs / ladders.
