Job Description
- Attend to customers and assist customers with their accident reporting
- Create claim file in system
- Submit Third Party & Own Damage claim
- Update customers on the claim status
- Follow up on parts arrival
- Assist Insurance sales
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Preferably have experience in accident claims process.
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers
- Efficient in MICROSOFT Word/Excel/claims reporting systems
