Project Administrator
Responsibilities: ·
Provide administrative support to the Project Team, including the Project Manager, Site Manager, and other team members.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team, including the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other project-related materials.
· Upkeep and maintain all existing project schedules. · Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, and reports.
· Maintain communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
· Manage project-related email correspondence and phone calls.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related reports and invoices.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the team. · Coordinate the delivery and distribution of project-related materials and equipment.
· Maintain project files and ensure they are up to date. · Prepare addition and omission work on behalf of the Project Team.
· Ensure Project Team updates their weekly project report; for submission to Management. · Assist in other administrative duties as required by the Project Team.
Requirement:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a relevant technical discipline
· 1-2 years of relevant work experience in project administration or project management
· Strong verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
