Responsibilities:
- Build client base to grow the company's presence in different markets like supermarkets, minimarts, petrol kiosks, and wet markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while seeking new partnerships.
- Negotiate good deals with clients, suppliers, and partners using clear communication skills.
- Have a solid network in places like supermarkets, minimarts, and petrol kiosks.
- Connect well with florists in wet markets and nursery staff.
- Come up with new ideas to attract more sellers and customers.
- Focus on thorough marketing planning.
- Need physical strength for tasks like lifting bags of fertilizers and soils.
Requirements:
- N Level or above
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
- Passion for solutioning for organic waste management is an added advantage.
- Possess self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Class 3 License to drive company van.
