Responsibilities:
- Lead project team in key areas of Business Development / design / supervision / management for a wide range of projects
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Preparation of Marketing/ Project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports
- Provide good and effective customer service to new and existing clients
- Lead design preparation and presentations, ensure that product is of high standards.
- Form a design team which focuses on producing high standards designs
- Contract administration of construction projects to ensure that project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Architecture, registered with BOA
- At least 20 years of relevant experience
- Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage
