Responsibilities and Duties
Implement, monitor progress, and recommend continuous improvements on employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values and HR policies and practices.
Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures.
Handle all aspects of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits programme.
Assist on the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees’ recruitment and onboarding briefings.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resources
Well-versed in employment laws and related (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
