This is a 1 year contract position, renewable or convertible to permanent.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle in-house recruitment process, including job description creation, job posting/advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, arranging for interviews, selection, offer preparation and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various portals, social media, creative recruitment channels, and the internal referral program.
- Participate in employment branding activities with the HR team, conduct jobs fairs, campus recruitment, internships and traineeship programmes.
- Develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Prepare letter of employment and onboarding checklist for new hires.
- Responsible for web updating, recruitment status reporting(s) and job advertising.
- Accurately track and reports on the recruitment, onboarding and confirmation process based on agreed metrics, using MS Excel and relevant HRIS module.
- Assist Recruitment team in developing a strong network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.
- Assist recruitment team to ensure new hires are well-organized, onboarded and have a meaningful probation experience by collaborating with line managers, IT, finance and HR teams.
- Assist recruitment team in application of airport pass, term pass and airline house clearance.
- Perform other HR and administrative task as per assigned by your superiors.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree with a qualification in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a high volume, fast-paced, blue-collared recruitment environment (external and internal recruiters are welcomed).
- Experience in organizing jobs fairs, career fairs, campus fairs and virtual job fairs.
- Experience in generating manpower and recruitment status report(s).
- Familiar with online job posting and advertising channels.
- Experience in using integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) or manual tracking systems.
- Experience in work pass application, e-issuance and renewal of work pass.
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant legislations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous and pay attention to details.
