Position Overview:
As the Head of App Subscription, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize subscription revenue for MuslimPro. This position is based in our Singapore office and will require a deep understanding of the mobile app subscription landscape, a passion for user engagement, and a commitment to delivering value to our diverse user base.
Responsibilities:
1. Subscription Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive subscription strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Identify opportunities for new subscription offerings and enhancements to existing packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subscription features seamlessly into the app.
2. User Acquisition and Retention:
- Implement strategies to acquire new subscribers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the subscription experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive subscription growth.
3. Revenue Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription revenue.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to optimize revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the subscription landscape.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure subscription features are aligned with user needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management on subscription performance and growth strategies.
- Work with customer support to address subscription-related queries and concerns.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Proven experience in a role related to app subscription management.
