What will you be doing?
The Usual Stuff:
• Overseeing payroll, leave management, benefits, handling grievances, and etcccccc…...
• Crafting HR policies and refining our employee handbook
• Ensuring everything's on track - from onboarding to tax
• Forecasting of manpower movement and requiremenment (Home leave, etc)
The Not-So-Usual:
• Engaging chats with our diverse team - from the Pioneer/Merdeka generations to colleagues from Bangladesh, India, and China.
• Organizing occasional meals with team members and director
• Addressing feedback (and sometimes explaining why some ideas may not be implemented)
• Translating policies (with external parties) into native language of different groups of colleagues
• Designing and develop Accountability Chart
• Develop and growth of new departments as we scale
• Championing our core value
• Formulate wages banding within each role
• Keep track and report Performance Measure of each roles
What are we looking for?
• A strong foundation in HR Practices
• positive vibe and optimism
• Experience with Performance Measure implementation
• Familiar with foreign labour employment practices
