Assistant Brewer Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Assist with daily Brewing and Cellaring activities, which includes, brewing, collecting daily readings, CIP, Centrifuging, Kegging
· Ensuring that Cleanliness and Sanitation is in top condition as that beers always taste YUMMY
· Follow and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to brewing, cellaring, packaging. We work as a team and everyone's contribution is encouraged!
· Maintain detailed data records associated with brewing, cellaring, centrifuge operations, packaging and related activities
· Assist in managing inventory control of kegs, cases, bottles and cans, labels and all associated materials/supplies
· Manage yeast procedures and best practices
You will be working in SE Asia most advanced Craft brewery facility, high level of automation to protect our brewer's backs, and everything is built with safety in mind!
