As Cloud Security Engineer Intern, you will take part of designing, building and deploying security-focused infrastructure. If you love challenges, in a constant evolution of Cloud services, you have a high motivation, you want to innovate and you have an obsession with security, you will find your place in the Thales DIS Cloud Security Team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, architecting and implementing security-focused tools and services.
• Supporting the company-defined cloud strategy.
• Ensuring that responses are appropriate (and automated) according to policies and procedures.
• Evangelizing and advocating cloud security practices.
• Driving engineering teams across all security practices.
• Making sure about continuous Thales DIS Cloud improvements.
• Identifying, raising and mitigating security weaknesses on Thales DIS Cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• To succeed at this job, you must have a good knowledge of hardening, network protocols, application security and strong skills on coding in multiple common languages (shell, PowerShell and Python).
• You must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• We would like someone to join our team who has a strong experience of delivering home-grown and commercial security solutions.
• You must have a Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• We are looking for someone with a proven record of effective security services implementation in Cloud, teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Security - Specialty would also be considered positively.
