POSITION SUMMARY:


The IVVQ Management Roles are focused on delivering robust solutions which satisfy the customer. They ensure the management of IVVQ activities within the constraints provided by the Project Manager, the Architect and the Project Design Authority. The IVVQ Management Roles supervise all the test activities: they define and implement the best strategy to assemble the solution and make sure that it provides value for the customer. 

LIFE AS A THALES IVVQ MANAGEMENT ROLE

As an IVVQ Management Role within Thales, you will manage all the tests activities and:

-Defines Integration strategy, establishes requirements related to IVV activities and performs associated cost estimate and schedule.

-Ensure Solution Integration is performed by team.

-Propose IVV scenarios and guaranties their implementation.

-Coordinates IVVQ activities, establishes priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducts tests in factory and on site, supports acceptance as well as commissioning, analyses results and transmits them to development teams.

-Provide associated documentation, according to internal process.

CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US

-You graduated from an Engineering School (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, …) with a Master’s degree and you have 5 or more years’ experience in IVVQ
-You are in a position of IVVQ Manager: you manage IVVQ teams and know how to create and execute IVVQ complex test plans and procedures
-You want to oversee the management of all IVVQ activities—meaning choosing and managing appropriate methods, resources, and means to execute IVVQ complex test plans and procedures
-You enjoy leading teams and want to motivate, train and appraise employees’ performance and act as a mentor to assigned staff
-You want to deliver robust solutions to satisfy customers and build strong relationship with them
-You are a self-motivated leader, willing to engage and develop your team using collaborative work and challenging approaches
-You are customer focused: you want to deliver value or solutions to the customer and are committed to delivery
-You enjoy thinking outside the box and being creative

-You know how to lead and manage projects from start to end and you are able to:
-Define test strategy with a scheduling approach and a clear view of the risks and opportunities
-Manage planning and performance tracking
-Be the quality assurance of your solutions
-Your technical background makes you rigorous, pragmatic and a critical thinker
-You know how to manage complexity and conflicts—resourceful and creative, you are capable of dealing with unplanned events with reactivity
-You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills and a recognised capacity to convince all types of stakeholders
