Graduate Engineer Program
The Graduate Engineer Program is a 2-year program. This is an accelerated program to unleash your potential by working with experts through 3 rotations. This gives you an opportunity to appreciate the breath of Thales’ offer in creating a future we all can trust. You will have a diversified experience in exposing to different areas, where you could match your interests and knowledge with job roles. The program not only focuses on technical know-how, but will also support your personal development such as leadership and interpersonal skills.

What you will do
- Develop, validate and deploy software and solution.
- Work within a project team with an agile development approach.
- Contribute to continuous software delivery improvement.
- Deploy our software and solutions to different environments.
What we look for
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in EEE/Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
- Minimum GPA equivalent to Second Class (Upper) Honours and above
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, open minded for energy and sustainability to join our new graduate rotational program.
