Key responsibilities:
Marketing Offers and Production Strategy
- Main receiver of information from HQ sharing about the new projects and products.
- In close relation with HQ packaging development teams and collaborates with Singapore regional demand management team on the production strategy to meet commercial targets from markets.
- Supervises and tracks item processes in systems such as item code creation, bill of materials, item status and parameters, pricing, etc.
Components
- Place orders for components to suppliers considering the different aspects of replenishment, receiving, consumption and stock.
- Closely coordinate with the Singapore shipping team, HQ Customer Service, and suppliers on the ordering and shipment of components to the production facility in Singapore.
Assembly Plans
- Manage the assembly work orders with the Singapore production team (3PL) from a full-service perspective including service level, stock level and transportation.
- Participate, collaborate, and arbitrate the assembly activities with the supply and distribution planning teams.
Service and Stock
- Follow the execution of the overall process and raise alerts when delays or issues are identified.
- Work closely with quality team to feedback, follow up, and tackle the quality issues on components and finished goods.
- Analyze inventory usage, blockage, and scrap. Recommends appropriate actions to increase inventory turnover that would support inventory level objectives.
- Evaluate excess on-hand inventory, implement necessary actions to eliminate and build a healthy inventory.
