- Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies, CRM system and other operational tools to streamline sales operations, improve data visibility and enhance business decision making
- Increase and optimize sales force utilization for corporate CRM and PowerBI dashboard by providing adequate trainings to the SMs/MRs.
- Provide CRM / BI technical support and assistance to Asia countries whenever is required
- Assist in delivering CRM/BI solutions trainings to local admin and sales force as per required
- Assist in UAT for CRM/Power BI dashboard enhancement
- Assist in developing reports for region Asia and country tracking
- Assist in performing data mapping / matching for BI solutions project
- Identify sales and activity data quality issues and provide necessary correction actions as per required
- Work closely with cross-functional departments (sales & marketing) to align sales strategies and business objectives
- Sharing best practices with Asia countries and Global Commercial Operation (whenever applicable)
