Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to expanding VAS revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region, by making VAS products easier to buy and sell.
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working closely with both Hub and market leaders.

Primary responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. Regularly monitor and manage sales progress and outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
- Training and Education of VAS Specialist and Generalist sellers: Partner with functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that not only enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams but also instill a deep understanding of our commercial objectives. Equip the team with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively sell our VAS products, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Sales Targeting: Create and maintain robust sales models that use data to identify key sales targets within the VAS organization. Your role will involve using these models to drive sales strategies that are aligned with our commercial goals, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to drive alignment on commercial goals and strategies. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a One Visa approach to achieving our commercial objectives.
- Influencing VAS Policies and Procedures: Take a proactive role in influencing VAS policies and procedures to make it easier to sell our products. This will involve understanding the barriers to sales and working to remove these through changes to policies and procedures.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.
