Job Scope and Responsibilities
· Provide friendly, quality service
· Highlights special promotion, give recommendations of menu, take orders and serve of food
· Able to use POS accordingly
· Able to handle customer feedback and service recovery
· Have knowledge in every dish and beverage served to provide explanations
· Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards all time
· Attend staff training
· Receive phone reservations
· Monitor and manage inventory
· Able to fulfil other required service related delegations
Requirements
· 5 1/2days a week (44 hours/Week)
· Be punctual
· Be responsible and have initiative
· Willingness to learn and receptive to feedback
· Demonstrate a positive attitude
· Able to adopt to a fast paced work environment
· Good personal grooming and hygiene
