You will be part of the Shared Services team to work together to support the administrative functions for the various departments, to ensure the smooth running and execution of the day to day operations.
Job Description
- Managing and lead a team of General administration staff
- Provide logistical and administrative support in various aspects covering facility management and general administration.
- Oversee incident report management, finance administration, contract management, billing and payments
- Inventory management to indent, manage and distribute office suppliers, equipment, consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Execute and manage project deliverables on time
- Other ad-hoc assignments and process improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a degree in any discipline
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to multi-task and work as a team player
- Self-motivated, meticulous and willing to learn
- Fluent in English, able to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
