The incumbent will be reponsible for developing the business and supporting the establishment of engineering functions not only at Mitsubishi Electric Asia but also at other Mitsubishi Electric Group companies in the Southeast Asia region.
- Business development of the microgrid business.
- Promote Niagara BMS (Building Management System) business and data center business.
- Establish an efficient process to promote ICT and storage battery businesses and to build a COE (Center of Engineering) in collaboration with the Energy & Industrial Systems Group business unit in Mitsubishi Electric's headquarters (Japan).
- Plan and strategise new business oportunities for the divison.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in social infrastructure operations in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in overseas operations including Asia countries.
Required Skills
- Excellent product and technical knowledge in microgrid and Niagara BMS.
- Extensive business management skills in new business creation, marketing, cost control, project management, etc.
- Japanese language skills required for sensitive communication with product marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments located at Mitsubishi Electric's headquarters and factories.
- Excellent leadership skills to lead the team.
