Job Responsibilities :
Folding Section
- To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
- To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
- To perform product weight check for every tray
- To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
- To assist other team member to meet daily production target
- To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
- Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature
