We are representing our client (A highly successful IT solutions engineering company which specializes in the implementation of enterprise software and services) to look for an experienced Senior / Lead Business Analyst to join their Agile dynamic development team.
Senior/Lead Business Analyst
Role Responsibilities:
· Work with stakeholders. Identify, lead, gather, analyze, and verify requirements, translating conceptual requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
· Plan and participate in cooperation sessions with stakeholders and manage requirements by continuously clarifying and reviewing them via prototype walkthroughs with stakeholders.
· Elicit and document business/ user requirements and translate them into user stories for development.
· Conduct data analysis on existing process maps, user stories, technical architecture and workflows to support the planning of stakeholder interviews, Discovery & Harmonisation workshops, technical discussions etc.
· Support planning and execution of Discovery & Harmonisation workshops, e.g., mapping stakeholders, tracking attendance.
· Document minutes of status meetings, interviews, Discovery & Harmonisation workshops, and technical discussions.
· Support planning and execution of usability testing by observing and minute taking.
· Draft deliverables, e.g., interview reports, process maps, and user stories/Epics under the guidance of respective architects.
· Work with the development team and stakeholders to plan and participate, coordinate and monitor progress, and acceptance of UAT.
· Analyse integration between modules and interfaces with other systems.
Role Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst.
. Experience working on Govtech project.
· Experience in Agile (Scrum) projects will be an added advantage.
· Experience in Salesforce and possessing Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
· Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
· Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
· Work independently, takes ownership of problems within own area of knowledge and accountable for the quality of own work.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Able to manage business stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
· Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong investigative skills
