We are hiring a manager for our new restaurant
Requirements:
-At least 3 year experience as a restaurant manager
-At least 5 years in FnB industry
-Knowledgable in new world wines
-WSET certification is a plus but not a must
-Able to manage restaurant operation including recruitment, training and customer management
-Able to work with marketing agencies to develope and execute marketing strategies
-Experience in social media marketing is required
-Able to work with management to come up with strategies to meet company's objectives
-Able to work on weekends and on shifts
-Able to work on public holidays
-Proficient in mircrosoft office
-Proficient in POS system
-Experience in contract negotiations with beverage suppliers
