Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in manpower scheduling and resource deployment.
- Attend site meetings with clients and coordinate works between clients and site team.
- Able to lead a pool of foreign workers.
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Help to troubleshoot/source for solutions for site issues.
- Liaise with respective site team and sub-contractors (if any) on work sequence and methods as per clients’ requirement.
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
- Provide reports and daily activity updates to management.
- Assist quantity surveyors and management in progress claim reports.
- To ensure risk assessment is conducted and hazard/safety control measures are implemented.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum relevant Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Construction Sector is a bonus.
- Positive work attitude
- Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Familiar or willing to learn in understanding drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
