- Responsible for operational and management of stall/kiosk, monitor and ensure smooth operations of his / her respective outlet.
- Manage the location’s inventory, food, labour and operating costs
- Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage service, cleanliness of his / her respective outlet.
- Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies and optimize profitability
- Assist in the development and implementation of new food items and marketing programs
- To suggest new improved ways to every aspect of the business operations, including food, service, staff image etc.
- To optimize manpower with proper planning and allocation
- Ensure high service standard and customer satisfaction
- Staff recruitment and training
- Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
- Conduct / attend outlet meetings and training sessions as required
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
