Cargo Transport and Logistics Company looking for dynamic Accounts Executive.
Role Summary:
Finance and Accounts activities ensuring integrity of all financial transactions. Also responsible for supporting the management team by offering insights and financial suggestions that facilitates prudent decision making.
Detailed Roles:
· Verification of approved invoices and claims
· Payment processing and attend to payment related queries
· Reconciliation of suppliers/customers statement of account and bank reconciliations
· Perform reconciliation for cash sales, credit sales, NETS (credit card payments) and PAYPAL accounts as well as cash bank in for the company
· Prepare and reconcile the sales report to the customer against internal sales report
· Manage account payables and receivables activities and handle full set accounts
· Consolidation of financial report
· Provide monthly FS reports on financial performance and cash flow management for all operating bank accounts
· Point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations
· Perform quarterly GST submission
· Maintain financial policies and procedures
· Liaise with company secretary for annual return filing
· Responsible for the entry of data to Zero accounting system and the backup of data
· Undertake any other accounting duties assigned by the management
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or CA equivalent
· Minimum 4-5 years working experience in a finance and accounting role
· Highly motivated, independent and versatile team player
· Familiar with the full spectrum of finance functions
· Meticulous with a strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure
Salary range:
SGD$3,200 - $3,500 depending on experience and qualifications
